EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
1. Timeline
• Return/Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• After 3 days, no request will be accepted.
2. Condition of Product
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items with stains, perfume, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
3. Eligible Reasons
• Wrong size received
• Manufacturing defect/damage
• Wrong product delivered
4. Non-Eligible Cases
• Products used or washed
• Products without original tags/packaging
• Requests raised after 3 days
5. Process
• To initiate a return/exchange, contact us at [Your Email/WhatsApp].
• You must upload/attach clear images of the product showing its condition and the issue (defect/size problem etc.) via email or WhatsApp.
• Our team will verify the request based on the images.
• Once approved, the product will be picked up / you may be guided to ship it back as instructed.
6. Refund/Replacement
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the quality check.
• Exchanges will be shipped once the returned product passes inspection.
• If the requested size/design is unavailable, refund will be issued instead.
7. Extra Notes
• No extra charges apply for returns or exchanges.
• We keep the process simple and transparent – your satisfaction matters most.
